  • Travel A LOT
  • Build and work with best-in-class management teams
  • Lead the creation and execution of the Value Creation Plan
  • Oversee strategic growth plan creation and execution
  • Support management team in achieving annual budgets and the financial goals associated with the strategic plan.
  • Attend management presentations and diligence meetings
