Sean is a member of the Monomoy Operating Team where he works with portfolio management on strategic planning, growth and margin optimization.
Prior to joining Monomoy, Sean held operating and commercial leadership roles at Stanley Security, Illinois Tool Works, Allegion, and Honeywell. Sean graduated from the University of Illinois with a B.S. in Engineering and received his M.B.A. from Vanderbilt University.
Sean enjoys global travel and is working on his third passport. He enjoys recreating his travels with home cooked meals from around the world for his adventurous family.
