Keeping more than 80 Monomoyans connected and aligned on the firm’s priorities and long-term direction means bringing everyone together.

Each year, we host a Mid-Year Meeting — giving the team the opportunity to step away from day-to-day responsibilities and connect in person on our work together. We began our meeting with Monomoy’s vision, mission and values to continue prioritizing a strong culture and our shared sense of direction.

We heard from more than 10 Monomoyans as they led discussions, sharing lessons learned from recent transactions, emerging applications for AI and offering insights about future priorities.

In true Monomoy fashion, we ended the day with some friendly competition — including pickup basketball and bucket golf — and plenty of time to catch up with colleagues from across the firm.

We look forward to carrying this collective energy and shared focus into our work during the remainder of 2026.
