Dan does not believe in relying on luck. Rather, he believes you make your own, through hard work, preparation and execution.
Dan puts that principle to work at Monomoy every day, guiding our investment strategy, communicating with our investors and working with our portfolio company managers to bring their businesses to levels of success that they previously thought were unobtainable.
Prior to founding Monomoy with Justin and Stephen in 2005, Dan worked at KPS Capital Partners. Before that, he was an investment banker at JP Morgan Chase, where he focused on industrial businesses.
Dan holds a B.S.M. from Tulane University. When not spending time with his brilliant wife and three sons, Dan can be found practicing humility as a Brazilian Jiu Jitsu purple belt.
