fter a record number of nominations, Jaime is among 16 women honored for their commitment to driving change as role models and mentors to other women. This year’s class hails from a variety of firms that play a role in the dealmaking ecosystem, highlighting the diversity and talent of women in mid-market M&A.
After joining Monomoy as an Analyst in 2008, Jaime has grown alongside the firm over the last 15 years. As Partner and Head of the Investment team today, Jaime not only leads deals, but she is also an integral member of our employee onboarding and education process and is a driving force in shaping Monomoy’s culture and strategic goals. Whether it is shaping our investment strategy and deal-sourcing approach or fostering a culture of collaboration and teamwork, we are incredibly proud of Jaime’s accomplishments at Monomoy and of her recognition.
