Our Program: Hands-On Experience and Growth Opportunities

Monomoy’s 10-week internship program offers rising juniors and seniors the opportunity to work as financial analysts at an operationally focused middle market private investment firm. Interns work alongside our Investment Team to evaluate opportunities and collaborate with our Operating Team to manage portfolio companies. This comprehensive internship experience includes:

• Best-in-class internal and 3rd party training: Equipping interns with the tools they need to succeed in the fast-paced private equity world.
• Comprehensive onboarding: Ensuring interns are fully integrated into the team from day one.
• Networking and mentorship opportunities: Building relationships with peers, professionals, and Monomoy’s senior leadership.
• Hands-on deal experience and onsite visits: Interns participate directly in active deals and visit portfolio companies, gaining invaluable real-world experience.

Each year, Monomoy accepts two rising seniors and two rising juniors into the program, and those rising seniors have the potential to return as full-time Investment Analysts after graduation.
