Kevin Mulligan – Managing Director

Having worked with six Monomoy portfolio companies since he joined the firm in 2013, Kevin’s growth is extensive and impactful. During his time, he worked from purchase to exit with two portfolio companies, ContMid Group and Sportech. In his 10+ years with Monomoy, Kevin’s growing impact on the hiring, training and managing of investment team members has been a highlight for both Kevin and Monomoy.

Drew Davis – Director

Drew joined the Monomoy team in 2017 and has since worked with five portfolio companies, including West Marine, Thetford and Japs-Olson. In the seven years he’s been with the firm, Drew’s early experiences working with deal leads on critical projects have made the greatest impact, and lessons from that work are consistently integrated throughout his current projects.

Kevin Vance – Director

Kevin, over his last six years with Monomoy, has been instrumental in shaping the firm’s compliance program, navigating the evolving regulatory landscape for Monomoy. Kevin attributes his growth in the company to his manager’s impactful support and mentorship.

Charlie Cannon – Operating Executive

Monomoy’s continual emphasis on team culture and continuous improvement has benefited Charlie throughout his three years at Monomoy. For him, team events and collaboration have had a lasting impact. Joining the team in 2021 as Vice President of Operations, Charlie has worked with Monomoy’s portfolio companies, Valtir, Astro Shapes and Artesian.

Dan Gustafson – Senior Associate

Dan joined Monomoy in 2021 as an Associate and has since worked with three portfolio companies, including Cast Crete, Mac Papers and Thetford. For Dan, it’s been his hands-on work with the portfolio companies, along with Monomoy’s extensive technical training opportunities, that have most affected his strategic growth and personal development within the team.
