Monomoy Capital Acquires Dependable Packaging Solutions as an Add-On to Mac Papers + Packaging

Mac Papers + Packaging, LLC, a Monomoy portfolio company, has acquired Dependable Packaging Solutions, Inc. (DPS), a value-added distributor of corrugated products, point of purchase displays and other packaging supplies based in Miami, Florida. DPS is family-owned business and one of South Florida’s largest packaging distributors to customers in the e-commerce, food, floral, and general retail markets. The acquisition also adds state-of-the-art packaging design capabilities to the growing Mac platform.

We continue to seek out accretive acquisitions for Mac in the packaging and wide format sectors across Mac’s distribution footprint in the Southeast.
