Monomoy Named International M&A Awards Winner for Acquisition of Waupaca Foundry

Monomoy acquired leading global iron castings supplier Waupaca Foundry in early 2024 from Proterial, Ltd. Headquartered in Wisconsin, with operations dating back to 1871, Waupaca Foundry supplies gray and ductile iron to diverse markets using state-of-the-art processes and technology led by high-caliber people and processes. Waupaca Foundry is the leading supplier of cast and machined iron castings for automotive, commercial vehicle, agriculture, construction, and other industrial markets.

The 15th Annual M&A International Awards are presented by The M&A Advisor, a third party not affiliated with Monomoy. For the recognition, Monomoy was assessed based off of unspecified criteria. Monomoy does not know the exact number of managers surveyed for the recognition, and therefore does not know the percentage of managers that received such recognition.
