Introducing Monomoy’s Summer 2025 Interns
We are delighted to introduce the 2025 interns joining Monomoy for the summer. Our internship program aims to provide young professionals with hands-on problem-solving experience, from exposing them to the evaluation of potential opportunities, to operational initiatives at the company level, to a holistic view of a live deal process.

More About Monomoy’s Summer Internship Program:
Interns participate in Monomoy’s 10-week program and gain comprehensive exposure to our operationally focused firm. The program combines thorough onboarding with classroom instruction and practical experience.
Throughout the program, interns engage in the entire deal process, from sourcing and due diligence to deal structuring. They take active roles in portfolio management, including immersion with the Operating Team and on-site visits to portfolio company sites. Structured feedback mechanisms, mentorship from associates and interactions with Monomoy’s Senior Leadership Team support their learning journey. To conclude their experience, interns present potential investment ideas and participate in a board meeting for their designated portfolio company, providing valuable exposure to executive-level decision-making.
