Matt joined Monomoy in 2025 from UW Solutions, a manufacturer of specialty coatings and industrial wood flooring, where he was the president. Prior to UW Solutions, Matt worked at Regal Rexnord, where he was the VP of operations. Matt is now part of the Monomoy Operating Team where he works with portfolio companies analyzing cash flows and margins.
Matt graduated from Arkansas State with a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering. Matt also holds an M.B.A. from Indiana University. Matt can free dive up to 100 feet and is an avid bourbon collector.
